Tom Rathjen is the Vice President of Investor Relations for Accuray, Inc., the global leader in robotic radiosurgery. Previously, Tom was the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Nabi Biopharmaceuticals and was the Vice President of Investor Relations for Genencor International, a diversified biotech company. Before being lured to the corporate side, Tom was a Vice President for the New York Stock Exchange, where he opened, staffed and managed the Palo Alto office, the Big Board's first office outside of New York. Prior to joining the NYSE, Tom was a Senior Director at the Nasdaq Stock Market, serving as a member of the "Nasdaq 100" team. He began his Wall Street career as a stockbroker at Drexel Burnham Lambert in Beverly Hills. In addition to being a NIRI Silicon Valley board member for seven years, Tom also served for two years on NIRI's National Conference Committee and was the Co-Chair for NIRI's 2008 national conference in San Diego. He is a graduate of UCLA and attended business school at Santa Clara University.

Ken Bond is the Vice President of Investor Relations for Oracle. He and his team are responsible for developing and maintaining relations with shareholders and research analysts. Since joining Oracle in May 2009, he has worked closely with the executive management team to communicate Oracle's vision, strategy, and operating results with shareholders and research analysts. Prior to joining Oracle, Ken spent 2½ years at VeriSign as the Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications. While at VeriSign, he led the successful turnaround of the company's Investor Relations program as the company was recognized as the "Most Improved Mid-Cap IR Program" and Ken was individually ranked in the top 1% of all Investor Relations Officers for 2008 by Barron's and IR Magazine. Before joining VeriSign, Ken spent six years at Cisco Systems as member of the company's Investor Relations team. At Cisco, Ken was a key member of the IR team, which was recognized with the Gran Prix award as the "Best Overall IR Program" in 2004 by Barron's and IR Magazine. Ken previously spent twelve years at Hewlett-Packard as a Business Development Manager. Additionally, he worked at Price Waterhouse in completing his requirements to become a Certified Public Accountant. Ken holds a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing from San Jose State University. He also serves as the President-Elect on the Board of Directors for the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), Silicon Valley Chapter.

Remy Bernarda is Managing Director, Investor Relations and Communications at Blueprint Life Science Group which offers management teams support in three key areas: investor relations, business development and financial advisory. Remy is responsible for all aspects of the investor relations and communications strategy and implementation for the firm's clients. Prior to Blueprint, Remy was Director, Investor Relations at Hana Biosciences, an oncology focused biopharmaceutical company. Remy also spent twelve years employed with various Wall Street firms. Most recently, she was Assistant VP at Knight Equity Markets and was responsible for West Coast Client Service and the implementation of Corporate Access to offer public company roadshows to the firm's buy-side institutional clients. Previously, she worked in the Investment Banking Division at Bear Stearns & Co. and she spent six years at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where she left as a VP and Business Unit Manager for the San Francisco Equities Division. Remy holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Remy is serving her second year on the Board of Directors of the NIRI Silicon Valley Chapter, as VP of Programs.

Lisa is the Investor Relations Manager at Juniper Networks, the leader in high-performance networking, where she co-manages buy-side relationships and participates in all aspects of the earnings process. Prior to joining Juniper, Lisa spent four years in investor relations at Lam Research, a major supplier of wafer fabrication equipment and services to the semiconductor industry, where she co-managed relationships with sell-side financial analysts and institutional investors and planned and executed the company's attendance at investor conferences and road-shows. She began her career at Lam in 1998 where she held several positions within finance and accounting prior to joining the IR team. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Jose Sate University. Lisa has served on the Board of Directors of the NIRI Silicon Valley Chapter for two years as Vice President of Treasury and is currently serving her fourth year on the board as Co-Chair of Programs.

Judy A. Davies is the vice president of investor relations and marketing communications at Verigy Ltd (formerly Agilent Technologies / Hewlett-Packard), a premier semiconductor test company, based in Cupertino, California. Judy helped manage the transition and separation of the IR role from the parent company to the newly created organization. As the head of investor relations, Judy manages the relationship and day-to-day communications with the sell-side analysts and institutional investors and is responsible for creating and executing the Company's IR plans and strategies. Prior to joining Verigy in November 2006, Judy served in the position of vice president of investor relations and marketing communications at Credence Systems Corporation. She was responsible for the company's global branding, advertising and public relations, and investor relations programs. During her tenure, Judy also managed the integration of the corporate communications and investor relations groups of six acquired companies. Prior to joining Credence, she was the director of worldwide marketing communications at Palmchip Corporation, a privately-held, venture-funded semiconductor IP company. At Palmchip, she was responsible for helping to position and prepare the company for an initial public offering or acquisition. Through a six-year career at KLA-Tencor Corporation, Judy held the position of senior manager of marketing communications with responsibility of global branding, international communications, and product marketing communications. It was at KLA-Tencor where Judy broadened her responsibilities to include IR-related programs and gained extensive M&A experience. Prior to KLA-Tencor, she worked as a marketing communications generalist at Dionex Corporation, a leading manufacturer and marketer of chromatography systems for chemical analysis. Judy has also served in consulting roles, including a focus on change management communications at Chevron Corporation. With more than twenty years of combined experience in communications and investor relations, Judy has been nominated to serve her third term as a board member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI)-Silicon Valley chapter. She has also served on the NIRI National 2008 annual conference committee, helping to develop tracks and securing speakers and panelists. Most recently she was invited to sit on the committee of the NIRI National 2010 annual conference.

Tricia Gugler is the Vice President of Investor Relations for Electronic Arts, a leading interactive entertainment software company. She joined Electronic Arts in January 2004. Prior to her role in Investor Relations, she was the Director of Accounting Policy where she was involved in writing and implementing global accounting policies and assisting with merger and acquisition financial due diligence. Prior to joining Electronic Arts, Tricia worked in public accounting for over 10 years, most recently working as an Audit Senior Manager at Ernst and Young in Palo Alto auditing clients in the technology sector, including Hewlett Packard. Tricia is a non-active CPA in California and before moving to the west coast in 2000 she was a registered CPA in Massachusetts. She earned her Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Tricia is serving her third year on the Board of Directors of the NIRI Silicon Valley Chapter.

Victoria Hyde-Dunn is Director of Investor Relations for Visa Inc., the world's largest retail electronic payments network. Prior to joining Visa in 2007, Victoria spent two years as Senior Manager of Investor Relations for McAfee, Inc., the world's largest dedicated security technology company. Prior to joining McAfee, Victoria served as Manager of Investor Relations for Providian Financial, one of the leading credit card issuers in the United States. Victoria began her career at Providian Financial (acquired by Washington Mutual) in 1999 where she held several positions within Treasury prior to joining the Investor Relations team. Earlier in her career, Victoria held various financial analyst and marketing roles with privately held multi-national firms. Victoria received a BA degree in Finance and MBA degrees in Marketing and E-business from the University of San Francisco. Victoria is a member of the NIRI San Francisco and Silicon Valley chapters. Victoria is serving her third year on the Board of Directors of the NIRI Silicon Valley Chapter, including her current role as VP Membership.

Hunter Landers is the Vice President for Creative Strategy Group (CSG), an integrated, full service, marketing communications agency. Hunter oversees CSG's Marketing Communications division, as well as the establishment and management of the firm's West Coast operations. In addition, he is responsible for new business development and client project coordination. Hunter brings more than 14 years of experience in the marketing communications fields, and has worked with clients ranging from IPO start-ups, to the Fortune 500 in a wide variety of sectors and industries. Prior to joining CSG, Hunter was Regional Vice President for a large national marketing communications agency specializing in annual report design and production. He was responsible for the establishment of the agency's West Coast business and built it into a multi-million dollar, multi-office division. Hunter began his career by founding, and managing a computer hardware reselling business in the greater Philadelphia area. Hunter has been a member of the National Investor Relations Institute for 12 years nationally, and is actively involved in both the San Francisco and Silicon Valley chapters. He has degrees in both Political Science and Logistics Management from Syracuse University.

As the Director of Corporate Services, Kelly McGeehan (formerly Kelly McPartland) is responsible for driving product strategy for Ipreo's suite of Investor Relationship Management solutions, managing third party relationships, and overseeing the establishment of Ipreo's West coast operations. Before joining Ipreo in 2007, Kelly had spent nearly 10 years in the Investor Relations services industry, most recently at Thomson Financial. While at Thomson she was responsible for developing services that helped companies fully disclose information, comply with regulations, and to effectively communicate with investors, media, and other constituents via the web. Prior to Thomson, Kelly managed Product Marketing for StreetFusion, a Webcasting and online calendaring services firm. She is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley where she received a B.A. in Mass Communications.

Brenda Ropoulos is the founder and principal of VisionArts Communications LLC, an integrated communications agency providing Public Relations, Investor Relations and Marketing Communications support to the diverse high tech companies of the Silicon Valley. She is a creative, team-oriented professional with 25 years experience delivering strategies that inform, educate and persuade her clients' key audiences. She refined her skills as a corporate communicator at Coherent Medical Group, and entered the field of investor relations in 1998 with Network Equipment Technologies, where she also directed public/industry/analyst relations through the company's turn-around and re-positioning into the developing broadband industry. As senior director of marketing at Cloudmark, a private company, she facilitated the introduction of new solutions to new markets. In the consulting practice that gave birth to VisionArts, she directed investor relations programs at Credence Systems Corporations from 2006-2009 through its merger and transition with LTX Corporation to form LTXC. A 10-year NIRI-SV member, this is her second year on the Board, as VP of Communications.

Paul Ziots, Director of Investor Relations at Sun Microsystems, has been responsible for virtually all aspects of Sun's IR program. Previously, Paul held various management roles in Sun's corporate operations group, including commodity management, corporate program management, and IT program management. Before joining Sun, Paul was a finance and purchasing manager for General Motors at their North American Headquarters in Warren, Michigan, an HR liaison for TI Japan in Miho, Japan, an English Teacher for the Japan Ministry of Education in Yonago, Japan, and a production control supervisor for Texas Instruments in Lewisville, Texas. Paul graduated from the University of Michigan with a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering, followed by an MBA and a Master of Arts (Asian Studies: Japan).
